Donations

The deadline to donate items to the auction has passed, but we are continuing our search for Casino Sponsors at $250, Silent Auction Sponsors at $250, and Live Auction Sponsors at $500.  Contact Cris Adair for more information.

The silent and live auctions are key fundraisers and we cannot do either without quality goods, parties/events and services to sell!  For example, do you or someone you know own a vacation home?  Have airline miles?  Rewards program benefits?  Access to sporting, concert, theater, or other events?  Like to entertain?  Work somewhere unique or fun?    Our major auction categories are:

• Getaways & Outings (weekends or weeks at your vacation home)
• Sports & Memorabilia (sporting event tickets and memorabilia)
• Kids (camps, products, and anything else for kids)
• Personal Care & Fitness
• Lessons & Services
• Fine wine (cases or bottles)
• Teacher and Staff treasures
• Unique parties and events (host a party, amazing race, scavenger hunt, dinner dance, etc. for district parents, kids, couples or any combination)

Each school has the following donation coordinators to answer your questions:

• Parent/Individual Donation Coordinator
• Grade Level Donation Coordinator
• Business Community Donation Coordinator
• Teacher/School Donation Coordinator
